Breakthrough Public Schools in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruitment for school-based and organizational roles. You will partner with principals and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive, efficient hiring experience that reflects our mission and culture.

You will monitor metrics, refine processes with the People Team, and uphold Ohio licensure requirements while advancing equitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and partnering with hiring managers.
• Experience in K-12 education, nonprofit, or mission-driven environments preferred.
• Commitment to equitable hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for school-based and organizational roles.
• Proactively source and build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Partner with principals and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide updates.
• Maintain candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and improve processes with the People Team.
