  • Technical Training: Develop documentation and lead training sessions for school-based staff on system workflows, data entry standards, and reporting tools.
  • Help Desk Support: Provide Tier 2 technical support for academic systems, resolve complex user issues, and elevate bugs to vendors as needed.
  • Compliance & State Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting mandated data reports to the Ohio Department of Education and other regulatory bodies by managing the Manager, State & Federal Reporting.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Student Information Systems (e.g., Infinite Campus, PowerSchool) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting technical integrations and workflow inefficiencies independently.
  • Mission Alignment: Deep commitment to Breakthrough Public Schools’ mission and the success of Cleveland area scholars.
  • Precision: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with extreme precision and attention to detail.

Relationship-Focused:

  • Interpersonal Savvy: Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex relationships with school and network staff.
  • Discretion: Proven track record of handling highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity and professionalism.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong "Customer Focus" orientation.
