Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders with brand-aligned guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advance employer brand and recruitment marketing priorities for awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Align across Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, Marketing to ensure consistent candidate experiences.
• Use performance insights and market data to inform priorities and drive continuous improvement.
