Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a senior program leader to guide enterprise initiatives and transformation projects across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders, coordinate with product teams, and ensure timely issue resolution.

In this hybrid role, you will manage plans, timelines, budgets, and change control processes, using data-driven insights to maximize value across multiple initiatives and drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related project/program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; with additional two years of relevant experience if no degree.
• Ability to tailor communication to varied audiences and uncover requirements.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Licensure/Certifications Preferred - PMP ( PMI ).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives with requirements, design, and execution.
• Partner with business, product and stakeholders to manage dependencies and decisions.
• Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, and change control processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver value across initiatives.
