The position pays $80,000–$85,000 annually with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, 3 weeks paid vacation, holidays, personal time, and robust health/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field with VT licensure.
• Experience with individuals in mental health crisis.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of VT mental health system.
• QMHP designation preferred; onsite training offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day crisis services operations in Windsor County.
• Provide case consultation and supervise crisis intervention specialists.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality care to clients and community.
