Job summary

MissionHires is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruiting strategy and execution for Facilities and Aviation operations across the United States. You will develop regional TA teams, partner with HR and Operations leaders, and build reliable talent pipelines for operational, technical, supervisory, and management roles in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

• 3+–5+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience, with team leadership preferred.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting in facilities services, maintenance, hospitality, logistics, aviation, or similar operational environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Strong knowledge of employment compliance and background screening processes; TSA/SIDA experience is a plus.
