Job summary

Polimorphic is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruiting across the organization. This role offers remote work and meaningful ownership of end-to-end processes for a fast-growing team.

You will run your own requisitions, collaborate with hiring managers and leadership on hiring plans, and shape the hiring strategy as we scale. You’ll develop repeatable pipelines for early-career and recurring roles, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and track metrics like

• Strong organizational skills; comfortable owning multiple open reqs at once in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you represent Polimorphic to every candidate you talk to.
• Comfortable with a high-volume, structured process; we move fast and hire in batches.
• A genuine interest in building a career in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the company, from intake through offer.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and keep the ATS pipeline clean and up to date.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate on what "great" looks like.
• Build and maintain warm pipelines for recurring roles so we're never starting from zero.
• Coordinate offer logistics and support a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruiting across our organization. This is a great fit for someone early in their recruiting career who wants real ownership. You'll run your own requisitions end-to-end, build the pipelines that keep teams staffed as we scale, and work closely with hiring managers and company leadership on hiring plans.

We're in a period of aggressive growth, so you'll spend a lot of time building repeatable, high-volume pipelines for early-career and recurring roles. You'll also support more senior searches across a range of functions.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the company, from intake through offer

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or another client-facing role (agency or in-house recruiting experience is a plus, but not required if you have the aptitude and drive)
• Strong organizational skills; comfortable owning multiple open reqs at once in a fast-moving startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you represent Polimorphic to every candidate you talk to
• Comfortable with a high-volume, structured process; we move fast and hire in batches
• A genuine interest in building a career in talent acquisition

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (for example, sales, customer success, product, engineering, or G&A)
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
