What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Partner with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to align talent needs with workforce plans
- Develop and implement scalable strategies for outreach, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Identify, track, and analyze recruiting metrics to inform data-driven decisions
- Mentor hiring managers throughout the hiring process, including conducting kickoff meetings and candidate interviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with candidate management systems and methodologies for talent pipeline management
- Familiarity with Talent Acquisition systems and online candidate platforms
- Project or program management experience with small-to-medium scale projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Sociology, or a related field
