Job summary

Addison Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a senior recruiter to lead multiple searches across professional services, including public accounting. You will partner with senior leadership to identify hiring needs and manage relationships with external recruiting firms.

This hands-on, individual contributor role requires exceptional candidate engagement, strong ATS and pipeline management, and the discretion to handle confidential searches while delivering results for Partners and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong understanding of the public accounting talent market (CPA, Tax, Audit, and Client Accounting).
• Experience managing multiple searches and external recruiting partners.
• Proven ability to recruit and engage passive candidates.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong ATS, pipeline management, and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a hands-on, individual contributor role.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential searches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize current and future hiring needs.
• Manage 10+ concurrent searches across multiple locations and business functions.
• Lead relationships with external recruiting firms and hold partners accountable for results.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback, offers, and the overall candidate experience.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Support onboarding, retention, employee engagement, and other talent initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to Partners, executives, and senior leadership.
