Job summary

STL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Oshkosh, WI to source qualified candidates, support the full candidate experience, and partner with internal stakeholders and client companies to align hiring outcomes with open positions. You will be on-site at multiple client sites and collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify talent for right roles.

The Talent Acquisition Manager role at STL focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, supporting the full candidate experience, and partnering with internal stakeholders and client companies to align hiring outcomes with open positions. This is a full-time, on-site position in Oshkosh, WI, with work conducted at multiple client sites.

Role Overview

In this position, you will collaborate with job seekers, Business Development Managers, and client companies to identify talent for the right roles. After placement, you will also manage the candidate experience to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support through the client interview process.
