Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

The Manager, Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in driving organizational growth by leading recruitment efforts from job requisition to onboarding for roles up to the executive level. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, this role partners with hiring managers and HR to deliver a seamless, efficient, and engaging hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requisition & Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, post jobs, and attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial assessments, and pre-qualify candidates.
• Interview Process: Coordinate interviews, prepare interview materials, and support evaluation processes.
• Candidate Experience: Maintain timely communication and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Offers & Onboarding: Assist with offer preparation, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding documentation.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain ATS records, generate hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Team Support: Share best practices, provide cross-functional support, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of recruitment experience, including 3+ in a global or leadership role.
• Proven ability to scale hiring operations across multiple regions.
• Proficiency in iCIMS and other HR technologies.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
