Position Overview

We seek a motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, a passion for hospitality, and experience in the luxury service industry. Responsibilities include sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to uphold our high standards and deliver exceptional guest service. The candidate should be data-driven, interpersonal, and skilled in building high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and ensure competitive compensation.
  2. Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
  3. Enhance employer branding via social media, events, and partnerships.
  4. Source and engage diverse candidates through multiple channels.
  5. Organize hiring events and develop local hiring strategies.
  6. Train managers on ATS and interviewing skills.
  7. Manage job postings, applications, and candidate screening.
  8. Oversee full-cycle recruitment ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  9. Provide updates to stakeholders and manage labor programs.
  10. Optimize ATS use and leverage recruitment analytics.
  11. Ensure legal and policy compliance.
  12. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  13. Collaborate with marketing to improve our careers page.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  1. Full-time, on-site position at our office.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
  3. At least 5 years of in-house talent acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality.
  4. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment platforms.
  5. Flexible schedule based on needs.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in recruitment metrics and analytics.
  8. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
  9. Project management experience preferred.
