Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare recruitment.
  • Prior leadership or management experience.
  • Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, workforce analytics, and sourcing strategies.
  • Applicant tracking systems; PAYCOM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

In this in-office Talent Acquisition Manager role in Lewiston, ME, you will lead talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives designed to support organizational growth, workforce stability, and a strong employee experience.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads Andwell's recruitment strategy and workforce marketing efforts while managing recruitment analytics and the recruitment team. The position also supports employee engagement, retention, onboarding follow-up, and recognition initiatives to help attract and retain top healthcare talent.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Schedule

Salary range: $36.24-$52.37 salary (listed as USD 36-52 per hourly).
