Job summary

Andwell Health Partners in Lewiston, ME is seeking an in-office Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategy, workforce marketing, and analytics that support growth, stability, and a strong employee experience.

You will manage the recruitment team, coach staff, and partner with leadership to plan staffing. The role covers candidate experience, onboarding follow-up, engagement initiatives, and outreach to colleges and community groups to strengthen healthcare talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare recruitment.
• Prior leadership or management experience.
• Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, workforce analytics, and sourcing strategies.
• Applicant tracking systems; PAYCOM experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads Andwell's recruitment strategy and workforce marketing efforts while managing recruitment analytics and the recruitment team. The position also supports employee engagement, retention, onboarding follow-up, and recognition initiatives to help attract and retain top healthcare talent.

Requirements

Compensation and Schedule

Salary range: $36.24-$52.37 salary (listed as USD 36-52 per hourly).
