Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition Americas, you\'ll lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions while providing expertise and guidance to HR leaders across the U.S. and Canada.

Beyond day-to-day recruiting, this role offers the chance to own and modernize early career talent initiatives, including internship and rotational leadership programs, helping build a pipeline of future talent across the business.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on recruiting expertise with a strategic mindset, partnering closely with senior leaders to identify talent needs, improve recruiting effectiveness, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

  • Partner directly with senior leaders and key business stakeholders
  • Own and enhance high-profile internship and rotational development programs
  • Influence recruitment strategy, process improvement, and employer branding initiatives
  • Join a financially strong global manufacturer with significant growth and investment across North America
  • Opportunity to leverage and help optimize Workday Recruiting capabilities

Key Areas of Responsibility

As an individual contributor, you\'ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

  • Developing recruitment strategies

  • Direct sourcing and candidate attraction initiatives
  • Candidate assessment, selection, and interview management
  • Offer negotiation and closing
  • Recruitment reporting, metrics, and process improvement
  • Vendor and external recruitment partner management
  • Advising HR leaders and hiring managers on recruiting best practices

In addition, you\'ll take ownership of the North American Early Career Talent programs, driving innovation and introducing best practices that enhance candidate quality, program effectiveness, and long-term talent outcomes.

What We\'re Looking For

We\'re seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional who can operate as both a strategic advisor and hands-on recruiter.

Ideal backgrounds include:

  • Strong expertise managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines
  • Advanced experience with Workday Recruiting / ATS platforms
