Location: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days/week onsite in Brockton, MA Headquarters)

Salary: $110,000–$125,000/year

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate their recruitment function during a critical period of growth and need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 recruiters across multiple locations, fostering collaboration, performance, and accountability.
  • Track and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, DEI progress), leveraging ADP and other recruitment platforms.
  • Personally manage high-level and G&A requisitions, ensuring consistent quality in critical roles.
  • Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer brand and career site content.
  • Drive internal mobility by integrating graduates of leadership programs into hiring pipelines and succession plans.
  • Oversee compliance with hiring regulations and diversity goals; contribute to Affirmative Action planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, L&D, and program leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to workforce development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven TA leader with at least 5+ years of experience managing recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong data orientation with demonstrated experience using metrics and reporting to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools.
  • Track record of building and executing strategic initiatives, especially in healthcare or nonprofit settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, inspire, and build trust across teams.
  • Mission-aligned mindset: You believe in the power of inclusive, compassionate care and the people who provide it.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
