Job Title:Talent Acquisition Manager
Employment Status: Full-time
Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday in office, Wednesday WFH option
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 + variable compensation + equity options
*compensation dependent on related experience level
As a Ketryx Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the successful, fast-paced hiring of a rapidly growing healthcare technology start-up company. We offer the autonomy and support that encourages your personal and professional growth as we continue to scale our operations in the Boston office.
Our ideal candidates will have demonstrated previous results in a fast-paced and demanding atmosphere. Someone who is a self-starter and eager to contribute new ideas and strategies in a fast-growing startup will do well in this position. In this role, you will be allowed the opportunity to implement your target-driven work ethic and support Ketryx's mission to impact 100 million patient lives by 2030. This position will be based in our Cambridge, MA office. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
