We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and attract top talent to Energy Solutions (ES). Reporting to the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, this Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, overseeing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, and promoting a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and demonstrated managerial experience in leading and motivating teams.

This is a hybrid work opportunity, requiring onsite presence at least 1 day per week (currently Wednesdays) with flexibility for other days. ES has offices in Oakland, CA, Portland, OR, Chicago, IL, and Boston, MA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing clear direction, motivation, ongoing feedback, and development opportunities.
  2. Guide TA Specialists and hiring managers on job postings, screening, interview questions, and evaluation criteria aligned with ES values.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
  4. Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies using various sourcing methods to attract top talent.
  5. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  6. Collaborate with the People Analytics Manager to review recruitment metrics and optimize strategies.
  7. Partner with PC Leadership on the Career Lattice project, including job description development and salary range determinations.
  8. Represent Energy Solutions at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
  9. Ensure recruiting processes comply with employment laws, company policies, SOC2, and NIST standards.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, recommending adjustments as needed.
  11. Partner with the Associate Director, TA, to continually improve recruitment processes.
  12. Perform other duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a successful track record.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in talent acquisition.
  4. Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, employment law, and compliance.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in recruiting data, analytics, ATS, HRIS, and other tools.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  8. Demonstrated skills in social media recruiting.
  9. High attention to detail and professionalism.
  10. Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
  11. Solution-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, including benefits like a retirement plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
