We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and attract top talent to Energy Solutions (ES). Reporting to the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, this Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, overseeing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, and promoting a positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and demonstrated managerial experience in leading and motivating teams.
This is a hybrid work opportunity, requiring onsite presence at least 1 day per week (currently Wednesdays) with flexibility for other days. ES has offices in Oakland, CA, Portland, OR, Chicago, IL, and Boston, MA.
Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, including benefits like a retirement plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
