Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment operations for two key sites. This role is responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting efforts, managing a team of recruiters, aligning talent strategies with business goals, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Talent Development and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, selection, relocation, and onboarding.
  • Standardize recruiting processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness across hiring teams.
  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
  • Partner with functional leaders to forecast hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Enhance the organization’s presence in the national STEM workforce pipeline through outreach and partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate).
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contracts with recruiting firms and job boards.
  • Implement and optimize recruiting tools, including applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies.
  • Analyze recruitment data and trends to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support DEI hiring efforts and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, labor laws, and modern hiring techniques
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Master’s degree preferred
