Job summary

EXO Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment team and own the full lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing through offers and onboarding.

You will develop proactive candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, establish scalable processes, measure recruiting performance with dashboards, and partner with leadership to meet talent needs. This hands-on leadership role requires strong people leadership, recruiting expertise across technical fields, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including experience leading recruiting functions and compliance programs.
• 3+ years of experience managing and leading a team.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing OFCCP and affirmative action compliance, including responsibility for the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of a written Aff... Plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and develop the company's recruiting team.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with current and anticipated business needs.
• Monitor recruiter performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and development.
• Personally recruit for key, leadership, technical, or hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates before positions become available.
