MAU Workforce Solutions seeks a Talent Acquisition Leader to direct recruitment for a major manufacturing client within a fast-paced RPO environment. You will lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, partnering with HR, operations, and business leaders to drive hiring across manufacturing and supply chain.

  • Build strong relationships with client HR, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Leaders.
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
  • Drive exceptional service delivery and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly, skilled, professional, and leadership positions.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
  • Guide hiring managers through candidate selection and interview processes.
  • Facilitate interview debrief meetings and support data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Oversee offer development, negotiation, acceptance, and candidate engagement activities.
  • Monitor hiring progress and proactively address recruiting challenges.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
  • Establish performance expectations and drive accountability through recruiting metrics and operational goals.
  • Provide ongoing support related to candidate assessment, sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and recruiting best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused recruiting culture.
  • Lead weekly and monthly talent acquisition meetings with customer stakeholders.
  • Present hiring metrics, workforce trends, recruiting forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve recruiting effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between MAU recruiting teams and client stakeholders.
  • Monitor new hire progress throughout the first 90 days of employment.
  • Partner with HR and operations leaders to improve onboarding, retention, attendance, and training outcomes.
  • Oversee onboarding activities, background screening processes, and candidate communications.

Are you a recruiting leader who thrives at the intersection of client partnership, team leadership, and talent acquisition best practices?

MAU is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to lead recruitment delivery for a key manufacturing client. This role requires a unique blend of account management, relationship management, recruiting leadership, and full-cycle recruiting expertise within a fast-paced Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment.

As the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, you will build trusted partnerships with HR, operations, and business leaders while leading a team of recruiters and coordinators responsible for achieving hiring goals across manufacturing and supply chain functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing hiring strategy, managing client relationships, developing recruiting teams, and driving measurable hiring results.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing or supply chain client in an RPO environment (4+ years)
  • Experience leading recruiting teams within an RPO, staffing, workforce solutions, or corporate talent acquisition environment (2+ years)
  • Strong client-facing account management and relationship management experience
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with HR, operations, and business leaders
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain hiring initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles.
