Job summary

Shields Health Care Group is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function across the organization. This role drives day-to-day staffing, oversees a team of recruiters, partners with hiring managers, and ensures critical positions are filled quickly and thoughtfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle and high-volume recruitment.
• People-management experience coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to lead individuals with different working styles and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a working recruiting manager supporting an active requisition load.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to hiring coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Regularly review workloads and pipelines to meet changing business demands.
• Develop pipelines and networks of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing.
