Herzing University is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all TA activities across faculty and staff. The role oversees the TA department, partners with stakeholders, and travels for campus visits and events.

The position emphasizes building scalable TA structures, managing KPIs, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals. Travel approximately 10–20% is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
• 10–15 years of general talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting market trends, technology, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, manage KPIs, and drive process improvements.
• Experience building or scaling a TA function, including budget ownership and technology selection.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic TA plans in collaboration with HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead and scale the TA department, oversee budgets and vendor contracts, and monitor KPIs.
• Own clinical adjunct faculty (CAF) workforce planning and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with campus leadership, nursing program leadership, FCCs, and faculty to align staffing with rotations and student needs.
• Oversee TA operations, onboarding, pre-employment compliance, and candidate experience.
