Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience in technical, manufacturing, engineering, or operational roles.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing recruiters, talent acquisition teams, or recruiting programs.
• Proven success leading recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators to meet hiring goals.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies across multiple functions.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting for technical, professional, and operational roles.
• Collaborate with managers to forecast hiring demands and create effective recruiting plans.
• Drive sourcing strategies and pipeline initiatives for current and future roles.
• Improve recruiting workflows, interview processes, and candidate selection.
