Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience in technical/manufacturing/engineering/operational roles.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing recruiters or recruiting programs.
• Proven success leading recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience developing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting for technical, professional, and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, HRBP, and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs.
• Drive proactive sourcing and pipeline initiatives for immediate and future roles.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows, interviews, and assessment methods.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate with external agencies, job boards, and vendors to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
