Job summary

Resource Environmental Solutions LLC (RES) is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead and develop our internal recruiting team while guiding external resources. You will optimize recruitment operations, implement trends, and work with Field HR for broader business alignment.

The role focuses on structured interviewing, PI certification, and scalable processes across regions and functions, with a drive to enhance candidate experience and reporting excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, incl. leading people and delivering full-cycle searches.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families/levels, especially in field-based orgs such as environmental, engineering, construction, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal recruiting team and manage external resources as an extension of the team.
• Own recruiting workflows, systems, and reporting; drive improvements in capacity, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.
• Partner with Field HR to align recruiting with business needs and provide market insights.
• Own selection practices, interview plans, scorecards, and pre-employment screening; ensure consistent processes.
