Job summary

Deploy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in San Francisco to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, mentor a growing recruiting team, and drive data-driven hiring strategies across the organization.

You will partner with executives and internal stakeholders to build a diverse, high-performing workforce while ensuring ATS compliance and scalable recruiting processes in a fast-growing AI startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to lead a full-cycle recruiting team and hire broadly in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a crucial point of contact between executive leadership and employees.
• Mentor the recruiting team to reach hiring goals and develop careers.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Lead cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects to expand roles and reach candidates.
• Develop reporting to measure hiring goals and team performance using data.
• Ensure ATS procedures and recruitment data audits compliance.
• Oversee talent acquisition initiatives like referrals and campus recruiting.
• Maintain awareness of data handling best practices for the role.
• Adhere to information security policies and report violations as needed.
