Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Corporate Functions & Leadership in the pharmaceutical sector. The role focuses on delivering exceptional talent and providing strategic guidance to hiring leaders.

You will mentor recruiters and act as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include intake with managers, sourcing strategy development, candidate evaluation, and offering guidance based on market data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience hiring Corporate Functions and Leadership roles in Pharmaceuticals.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Must have knowledge in the IT space.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and deliver strong candidate slates.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates on progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
