This leadership role is charged with identifying current hiring needs, partnering with Regional Managers, and developing a robust talent bench to secure the company's future growth.

The successful candidate will balance hands-on full‑cycle recruitment for critical roles with strategic oversight of hiring practices,

Qualifications

• Seasoned recruitment experience in building materials, distribution, or related high-volume sectors.
• Proficient in cold and warm candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong ATS and modern sourcing tool knowledge.
• Analytical approach to interpreting recruitment data to drive hiring.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence leadership.
• Brand alignment and maintaining a positive public image.
• Networking and regional stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy aligned with regional growth and capacity planning.
• Partner with Regional Managers to forecast staffing needs.
• Develop a robust talent bench across territories to support growth.
• Track recruitment metrics and analyze data for planning and optimization.
• Design and execute comprehensive job announcements with required experience, education, and skills.
• Train hiring managers on interview techniques and compliance.
