Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, filling professional-level roles.
• Experience sourcing active and passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with BambooHR ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, Handshake or related recruiting technologies.
• Experience in marketing, communications, advertising, consulting, professional services, or creative agency environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles.
• Clarify role requirements with hiring leaders and plan interviews.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across channels.
• Screen candidates and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
• Support employer-brand initiatives and TA tools.
