Job summary

HelloConnect in the Inoza Tower, BGC, Philippines, seeks a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to drive recruitment strategy across Global Business Services. You will coach a high-performing team, manage end-to-end TA processes, and partner with stakeholders to meet hiring targets while minimizing escalations.

You will stay hands-on with interviews when needed and champion process improvements, DEI initiatives, and reporting to enable business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment in a shared services environment.
• Strong coaching, delegation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with reporting skills and ATS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy and drive proactive sourcing.
• Coach and mentor TA team; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Oversee interviews, candidate assessments, and offers.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage escalations.
• Oversee ATS tracking, requisitions, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR Ops to ensure compliant onboarding.
• Lead projects on process automation and DEI efforts.
• Present data-driven insights to leadership.
