The role involves full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and partnering with HR on compensation processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in industrial settings and strong interpersonal skills to build a proactive talent pipeline across four sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume non-exempt recruitment experience or equivalent.
• Experience in Industrial Technology and Manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience recruiting for various manufacturing and operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify personnel needs and define job specifications and qualifications.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in person.
• Provide candidate information to hiring managers for review.
• Collaborate with HR to evaluate compensation packages.
• Develop a proactive talent pipeline and manage agency relationships.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation tasks.
• Generate reports on hires, terminations, and HC metrics.
