Job summary

Beyond Reach Labs in New York is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own recruiting end to end for engineering, manufacturing, and business roles. You will build sourcing pipelines beyond our network, and design a fast, structured interview process for a small, technical team.

You will establish lightweight ATS and onboarding workflows, partner with founders and hiring managers, and help build our early reputation as a place where hardware and space engineers want to work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in early-stage or high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to recruit mechanical engineers and hardware talent.
• Experience owning a function and building scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and business roles.
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to scope roles, leveling, and compensation.
• Build sourcing pipelines beyond current referrals, including hardware talent channels.
• Design and run a fast, structured interview process for a small, technical team.
• Manage employee referral program.
• Stand up lightweight ATS and clean candidate/offer/onboarding workflows.
• Help build early reputation as a place strong hardware and space engineers want to work.
