Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in HVAC, construction, or skilled trades preferred.
• Proven ability to grow a company’s team during periods of expansion.
• Strong ability to evaluate character, skills, and cultural fit.
• Experience with social recruiting, job boards, referrals, and cold sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting technicians, installers, office staff, and leadership roles across the full spectrum.
• Manage full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, references, offers.
• Build relationships with trade schools, industry partners, and local talent communities.
• Keep candidate pipeline warm and active; ensure timely communication.
