Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned recruiting needs from sourcing through onboarding.
• Proactively engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and keep the process moving.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with timely communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support trade school partnerships and community recruiting initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Lead Recruiter to improve recruiting processes.
