Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead strategy and the recruiting team supporting Service and Installation hiring across the organization. You will partner with Service leadership to meet immediate needs while building scalable pipelines for future growth.

The role requires leading a team of recruiters, developing comprehensive workforce plans, and leveraging labor-market insights to attract technician talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Two+ years of people-leadership experience.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills.
• Experience using recruiting technology, reporting, and talent analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technician recruiting strategy aligned with Service objectives and regional needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters focused on Service and Installation hiring.
• Build and utilize talent pipelines through schools, programs, referrals, and partnerships.
• Partner with leaders to align workforce planning with business priorities and growth.
