You will work with leadership, HR, and Marketing to support sourcing, screening, offers, and engagement with students and graduates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, marketing, communications, construction management, or related field.
1–3 years in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, university relations, or related role preferred.
Experience with collegiate recruiting, career fairs, internship programs, or early-career talent acquisition preferred.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Coordinate collegiate recruiting activities, including career fairs, campus visits, and student events.
Maintain an annual recruiting calendar and coordinate event logistics.
Source, screen, and interview intern and entry-level candidates; coordinate additional interviews.
Prepare and issue employment and internship offers after leadership approval.
Support the Management Training Program with logistics, events, evaluations, and communications.
Maintain recruiting records, candidate status, and event tracking.
Collaborate with Marketing and HR to develop onboarding materials and standard onboarding processes.
Represent Jones Bros. at universities and recruiting events.
