Job summary

Fulcrum in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support growth of our data center quality and commissioning operations. You will identify, attract, and screen qualified candidates for technical and professional roles, and you will manage multiple openings and hiring priorities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and able to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience, preferably in technical, construction, engineering, or data center industries.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.
• Proficient with recruiting platforms, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, referrals, and industry networks.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and experience.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project leadership.
• Recruit for positions including commissioning, quality inspection, electrical, mechanical, project management, and other data center roles.
• Develop an understanding of technical qualifications required for each position.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with offers, background checks, onboarding, and other pre-employment requirements.
