Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, marketing, communications or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, corporate recruiting preferred.
• Experience with university recruiting and/or entry-level internship program management.
• Proficiency in Windows Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data and work with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of Ross' University Recruiting strategy.
• Serve as program liaison for the Corporate Analyst Internship Program.
• Drive campus recruiting strategies with partnerships, fairs, sessions, student orgs, and events.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for internship and early career roles.
• Build relationships with universities, career centers, and external partners.
• Lead candidate engagement across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Design and execute internship program initiatives such as orientation and mentorship.
• Track recruiting metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform enhancements.
