The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for driving the planning, development, execution, and continuous improvement of Ross Stores' Corporate Internship Program in partnership with the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition. This individual will serve as the primary liaison for university recruiting initiatives, driving campus talent strategies that attract, engage, and convert top student talent into future Ross leaders. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Corporate Internship and Early Career hiring, including sourcing, candidate assessment, offer management, onboarding and program management over the course of the summer.
This role will partner closely with business leaders, recruiters, HR, universities, and external organizations to build long-term strategic campus relationships and deliver a best-in-class candidate and intern experience. Talent acquisition responsibilities include developing and executing campus recruiting elements such as career fairs, information sessions, classroom presentations, networking events, and the step-by-step selection and evaluation process (e.g. screening, interviewing, assessment). Additionally, this role oversees the delivery of the summer internship program, serving as a key point of contact for interns, managers, and program stakeholders while coordinating professional development, networking, executive engagement, performance feedback, and intern conversion.
Overall, our ideal candidate will deliver leadership in program management, candidate engagement, recruiting operations, and employer branding initiatives, while leveraging data and market insights to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements that strengthen Ross Stores' early talent pipeline.
The base salary range for this role is $81,000 - $121,800. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
