Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; corporate recruiting preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM software.
• Experience using data to inform hiring decisions.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, candidate development, and candidate flow; build pipelines.
• Conduct inclusive screening interviews to assess fit with Ross’s values and the role.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify potential resources and partners.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners throughout the process.
• Maintain and populate the recruitment database from requisition to onboarding.
• Use market research and data insights to inform hiring recommendations and strategy.
• Coordinate with recruiting team and client partners regularly.
