Job summary

2B Living is building its first dedicated talent acquisition function on the Growth team. You will own end-to-end recruiting for all roles, partnering with hiring managers, and shaping the candidate experience.

Reporting to the COO/CFO, you will scale recruiting as the company grows toward tens of thousands of units, mentoring future TA leads, and building pipelines with local partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience across agency and in-house recruiting.
• Fluency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator).
• Experience running end-to-end interview processes and closing offers.
• Data-driven with recruiting metrics and reporting.
• Know-how of California employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting pipeline for all roles.
• Build proactive pipelines for evergreen positions (PMs, accounting, leasing, maintenance).
• Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and timely decision-making with managers.
• Extend offers, negotiate, and hand off to People Operations.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate communications.
• Develop relationships with trade schools, associations, and communities.
