We're looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team and support our GTM US and EMEA hiring. Someone who lives and breathes recruiting and is highly motivated, innovative, and driven by challenges. You must be a people person, team worker, and independent professional who has a proven track of managing end-to-end recruiting processes and getting stuff done. Hybrid Model: 4 days a week from our Boston or San Francisco office.

What You'll Do:

• Perform full-life cycle recruiting in multiple key areas.
• Work closely with hiring managers and give them professional insights.
• Screening CVs and conducting phone interviews with Candidates.
• Work closely with recruitment agencies.
• Providing an amazing candidate experience, ensuring candidates are kept in the loop and receive timely information.
• Writing and posting job descriptions on career websites, social media, and buildinga robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels.
• Conducting interviews and ensuring we find the perfect match for our company.
• Participate in and lead cross-organizational recruiting initiatives, promoting candidate experience, employee referral programs, diversity, employer brand, EVP creation, etc.
