Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. (BAC) seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and recruitment process improvements across BAC.

This role partners with HR, Operations, and Technology teams to develop workforce planning solutions and support staffing decisions. The intern will assist with automation tool design, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, reporting, and change management, while contributing to candidate attraction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Preferred fields include HR, Business, Analytics, CS/IS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in HR technology, workforce planning, data analytics, and process improvement.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning automation tool design and implementation.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify needs and metrics.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and Technology teams to support projects.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and staffing initiatives.
• Support change management, including training and communications.
• Research HR technologies and automation practices to drive improvements.
• Assist with recruitment marketing to attract skilled trades talent.
• Create presentations and project updates for stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, candidate, and company information.
