Job summary

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and willingness to learn new technologies.

Your Role

About You

The company is looking for candidates who have:

• Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Psychology, Workforce Development, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or workforce development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional service for candidates and stakeholders.
• Evidence of high academic achievement; leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work optimally with minimum supervision.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated hourly wage of $21 to $23, adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and location.
