Job summary

GOTAFE is offering a paid internship in Talent Acquisition in Colorado. You will assist with postings, sourcing, and resume screening while gaining hands‑on experience with the ATS and HR processes.

You will collaborate with hiring teams, help coordinate interviews, and contribute to onboarding materials and employee engagement efforts. A proactive, detail‑oriented learner will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR/related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening in Talent Acquisition.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain the ATS and ensure data accuracy across recruitment pipelines.
• Create engaging employer branding content for social media and job boards.
• Conduct market research on talent trends and best practices.
• Support coordination of career fairs or campus recruiting events.
• Prepare onboarding materials and welcome kits for new hires.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and track onboarding progress.
• Gather feedback to improve onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Support tracking and organization of performance review cycles.
• Update employee records and assist with data reporting.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
• Research and curate learning content and training resources.
• Coordinate internal workshops, training sessions, or lunch & learns

About You

The company is looking for:
