Job summary
Dev Technology Group is offering a Summer Internship in Reston, VA for rising juniors or seniors to explore talent acquisition. The intern will gain hands-on experience in identifying and sourcing talent, maintaining recruiting data, and supporting recruiting decisions while learning how recruiting ties to projects and government contracting.

Qualifications
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- Must commute to Dev Technology's Reston, Virginia headquarters at least two days a week.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates for technical and corporate positions using job boards, professional networks, and other research tools.
- Learn basic sourcing and search techniques to identify potential candidates for positions.
- Build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles and maintain recruiting data in the ATS.
- Review resumes and candidate profiles and help develop pre-screening questions.
