Qualifications

• Current college student, juniors or seniors majoring in Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
• Proficiency in the use of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition to recruit potential employees for clients.
• Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally.
• Build candidate generation strategies, emphasizing social media.
• Update the applicant tracking system.
• Work with HR on scheduling and content creation for social media.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
