XtalPi Inc. seeks a motivated HR Intern to support our North American HR team, focusing on recruitment lifecycle, candidate engagement, and onboarding logistics.

You will source candidates, coordinate interviews across time zones, maintain ATS data, and assist with offer letters while ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws.

This role offers hands-on experience in a high-growth biotech and tech environment and exposure to global HR operations.

Qualifications

• Currently a student (Junior/Senior) or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and AI-assisted sourcing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of U.S. employment laws (EEO) and data privacy standards.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous for global coordination.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Research: assist recruiters in identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.
• Interview Coordination: schedule high-volume interviews across time zones and maintain a smooth experience for candidates and managers.
• Candidate Engagement: conduct initial resume screenings and reach out to passive candidates to gauge interest.
• ATS Management: maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Employer Branding: help create content for social media to promote the company culture and open roles.
• Administrative Support: assist with background checks, offer letters, and onboarding logistics.
