Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in reviewing applications and screening candidates.
• Conducts phone and in-person interviews and administers appropriate assessments.
• Documents new hire paperwork and coordinates with HR.
• Supports recruiting events and job fairs on-site.
• Maintains applicant tracking system records and daily activity reports.
• Collaborates with the recruiting team to follow hiring procedures.
