Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern (Year-Round) at the Wichita Learjet site. This internship supports full lifecycle recruitment, with emphasis on military talent acquisition and veteran hiring programs.

You will assist in postings, sourcing, phone screens, and onboarding, while engaging with military installations and veteran networks to build strong pipelines. This is a temporary, day-shift role based in Wichita, Kansas.

Qualifications

• University sophomore or higher pursuing a Human Resources or related degree.
• Interest in military talent acquisition and veteran hiring programs preferred.
• Strong understanding of military culture, MOS/AFSC/NEC translation to civilian roles preferred.
• Experience building relationships with military installations, TAP programs, veteran service organizations, and military spouse employment networks preferred.
• Military talent acquisition or veteran recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to General Work Requirements.
• Assist with special projects delivering results against the business plan.
• Assist the Team with business analysis.
• Work as part of the Team to support reliable and efficient processes.
• Interface with Bombardier personnel to ensure practical solutions.
• Full life-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, phone screens, hire selection, onboarding.
